These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Outdoorzees website, services, and beta tester program (collectively, the "Platform") owned and operated by CEO Creative, Inc. ("Outdoorzees," "we," "our," or "us") outdoorzees.com, bettercampinggear.com, hikingonly.com, BassPrep.com. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you are not authorized to use the Platform, and your sole remedy is to discontinue use.

Compliance with Terms

You agree to comply with all federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations regarding online conduct and transmission of information. We reserve the right to monitor your use of the Platform and may refuse to post or remove any information or materials that violate these Terms, our Privacy Policy, or applicable laws.

Using the Platform

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to access and use the Platform for lawful purposes, subject to these Terms and applicable laws. We may periodically interrupt or suspend the availability of the Platform for maintenance, upgrades, or other reasons. You shall not create derivative works of the Platform's content, attempt to alter or interfere with the Platform's functionality, or reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or transfer any rights in and/or to any content without our prior written permission.

Intellectual Property Rights

The name "Outdoorzees" and other trade names, URLs, graphics, logos, and service names associated with the Platform are copyrights, service marks, trademarks, and/or trade dress owned by CEO Creative, Inc. You may not use our proprietary marks without our prior express written permission. The content, downloads, and other materials viewable on, contained in, or downloadable from the Platform, including text, graphics, charts, pictures, photographs, images, icons, and software, are copyrighted or trademarked by Outdoorzees or its content suppliers. All software used for the Platform ("Software") is the property of Outdoorzees or its software vendors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. Your use of the Platform does not grant you any ownership or intellectual property rights in and/or to the Platform, its content, or the Software.

Returns and Refunds

1.1 Eligibility

1.1.1 To be eligible for a return and refund, you must have purchased a product directly from Outdoorzees or participated in our beta tester program.

1.1.2 Returns and refunds are only applicable within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery of the product to you.

1.2 Return Process

1.2.1 To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at [customer support email]. They will provide you with a Returned Material Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions for the return process.

1.2.2 All returned items must be accompanied by the RMA number. Any products returned without an RMA number or beyond the specified time frame will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.

1.2.3 Products must be unopened and in their original packaging to be accepted for return. However, we may, at our discretion, accept the return of opened products, subject to a 20% restocking fee.

1.2.4 You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item. Please ensure that the package is properly sealed and consider insuring it to protect against damage during transit.

1.2.5 Outdoorzees reserves the right to refuse a return or refund if the returned product is damaged, incomplete, or does not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in this policy.

1.3 Refund Process

1.3.1 Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

1.3.2 If approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable period.

1.3.3 Shipping costs are non-refundable.

1.3.4 If the product was originally purchased with a gift certificate voucher, the refund will be issued in the form of a new gift certificate voucher.

1.4 Exclusions

1.4.1 This refund and return policy does not apply to memberships, registrations, or subscriptions to our beta tester program or any other online services provided by Outdoorzees.

1.4.2 We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on discontinued items or clearance items.

2.1 If you wish to cancel your participation in our beta tester program, please provide written notice to our customer support team at orders@outdoorzees.com.

2.2 Upon receiving your cancellation request, we will process the cancellation and terminate your access to the beta tester program accordingly.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUTDOORZEES AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUTDOORZEES' AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR ACCESSING THE PLATFORM.

Amendments

We reserve the right to modify or amend these Terms at any time. Any changes or additions to these Terms will be effective immediately upon posting. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically to ensure your continued compliance. Your continued use of the Platform after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
